Assessor Maps Retrieval System

This online feature allows you to download a free copy of an official Assessor's map page showing a specific parcel(s). You can search for parcel maps database either by the Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) or by street address.

Online Assessor maps are updated annually so that all maps correspond to their parcel number. The updates are done in early July after the close of the fiscal year.

Recorded parcel maps and subdivision maps are available at the County Recorder's Office for a fee. These maps include more detail, including a legal description. You may purchase an official copy at the office during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). We are located at:

Parcel Map Search

When you type your street name in the box, it must be the name only. (Do Not use Ave, Ave., Avenue, St., Street, Lane, etc. - it will not find the parcel map if you do).

Here's an example of the correct format:
