Decline in Value Reassessment

If you have reason to believe that the market value of your property as of January 1, 2005 is less than the "2005-2006 Assessed Value" amount shown on this notice, please contact us to request an informal review by a staff appraiser. Your inquiry should include reference to your property's Parcel Number ("APN") and your daytime telephone number. Our staff will review the property valuation and determine if a reduction is appropriate. You will be notified of our findings.
